Our Culinary Mushroom Powder is made from naturally grown blue oyster and shiitake mushrooms. We dehydrate these delicious woodsy mushrooms and powder them for use as a thickener in soups and sauces or as a dry rub. You can find our recommended uses at the bottom of our Recipe page.

This powder is sold in glass mason jars ranging from 4oz to 5lbs.
